At ZEST of Asia, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Should you wish to request a return or exchange, we gladly accept unused items within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. To initiate this process, please contact our team within this timeframe at info@zestofasia.com.

Kindly note that all items purchased on sale or with a discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be presented in their original packaging, with all labels intact and any accompanying accessories included. Products must be in impeccable condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, ensuring they remain suitable for resale.

Refunds are issued for the value of the returned item(s) only. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

For your security, we recommend that all returns be sent via registered or trackable post. ZEST of Asia cannot be held liable for items lost in transit, and refunds cannot be processed for returns that are not received.

Provided that all conditions are met, the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded. Please allow up to seven (7) days from the receipt of your return for the refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
