Shipping Policy

Local Shipping – Hong Kong :

All local orders are carefully prepared and dispatched via Hong Kong Post or SF Express within two to three (2–3) working days following order confirmation.

Local Shipping – Singapore :

All local Singapore orders are carefully prepared and dispatched via Singpost within five (5) working days following order confirmation.

You can collect your order, behind IFS (address will be then provided), or send a Grab to pick-up, by contacting us at singapore@zestofasia.com 

While we partner with trusted carriers, ZEST of Asia cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.

Once your order has been processed, it is no longer possible to cancel, modify, or exchange it.

International Shipping :

All international orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post within 2–3 business days after the order is received.
Shipping costs for destinations outside Hong Kong are calculated based on the weight and size of the package.

If your country is not listed on our website, please contact us by email at info@zestofasia.com to arrange shipping.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for unpaid customs fees, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided for orders refused due to non-payment of such charges.
